By creating an account or using CodeTayo ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Community Purpose

CodeTayo is a student-led initiative intended for students, developers, designers, founders, and anyone genuinely building or exploring technology. Membership is open and accessible. You must provide a valid email address that you own to create an account.

3. Member Accounts & One-Time Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining control over the email address associated with your account. Do not share authentication codes or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content & Public Profiles

You retain ownership of the content, links, project information, and images you post on CodeTayo. By posting public content, you grant CodeTayo a non-exclusive license to display this information to other users and web crawlers in accordance with your chosen visibility settings.

You represent that you have the right to share any content, code, or images you upload, and that such content does not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing any member of the community.
• Impersonating another person, organization, or student.
• Posting malicious links, phishing attempts, malware, or unsolicited commercial spam.
• Automated scraping or harvesting of member emails or directory data without permission.
• Attempting to bypass security, authorization, or rate limiting mechanisms.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

CodeTayo is an early-stage community project provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or update features as the community evolves.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, post harmful content, or disrupt community safety.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeTayo and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, projects built with collaborators, or interactions with other members.
